Do you accept American Express?

We do accept American Express as well as Mastercard, VISA, Interac, and of course, cash.

Do you accept card payment over the phone?

Yes, we accept credit card payment over the phone. Please give us a call to provide payment details for advanced orders, gift card sales, or cooking class registrations.

Is the Dirty Apron wheelchair accessible?

Absolutely! We have an electronic wheelchair lift at the entrance of our deli as well as a wheelchair accessible washroom.

Are dogs welcome?

Sadly we can only invite service/guide animals into our deli- all other furry friends must be kept outside during your visit.

Can you accommodate business meetings or parties?

We have ample seating in our deli and dining room, however to ensure a private space for your meeting or party, please contact taryn@dirtyapron.com to discuss hosting a private event.

Do you have any gluten-free or dairy-free options on your menu?

We have a great selection of gluten-free goodies in our deli every day! For sandwiches made on gluten free bread, please place an advanced order with orders@dirtyapron.com.

Are you open during statutory holidays?

We are closed most statutory holidays. Please check our website for current and upcoming closure dates.

What are your hours of operation?

Our delicatessen is open Monday-Friday from 8:30-6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:30-5:00pm. The deli is closed on Sundays.

Do you take reservations?

We do not take reservations in our deli. If you’d like to inquire about renting our dining room for a meeting or a group lunch, please contact our private events manager at taryn@dirtyapron.com.

What time is the food served until?

We’re happy to serve you until we close at 6:00pm Monday-Friday, or 5:00pm on Saturday.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Yes! You can purchase gift cards for the delicatessen as well as the cooking school through our website, over the phone, or in person in our deli.
